Sharper appeared in court today … trying to get out of the slammer he’s been sitting in since last week … when a New Orleans judge issued an arrest warrant in connection with rape allegations by 2 women.
Sharper wanted out of jail today, but the L.A. Superior Court judge concluded she can’t let him because the New Orleans D.A. has 10 full business days to decide whether to charge Sharper. The judge felt she had an obligation to hold him until the 10-day period runs out next Thursday.
So Sharper will sit behind bars and New Orleans has to decide whether to s*** or get off the pot. If he isn’t charged by next Thursday, it appears the judge will release Sharper, who has already posted $1 million bail for rape charges that have been filed against him in L.A. County.
The New Orleans case is curious. The alleged rapes supposedly occurred back in Sept., but the case went no where … in part because one of the women insisted nothing happened. She has recently changed her story, but authorities there didn’t seem interested in pursuing anything until all the publicity.
… no, not that kind.
The one he went to on Friday actually sells coffee.
Sorry stoners, he’s not one of you … as far as we know.
Here’s a shocker — the DNA test results that allegedly prove 31-year-old Brandon Howard is Michael Jackson‘s son are BOGUS … in fact, so bogus … the logo from the so-called DNA testing lab was ripped from “Terminator Salvation.”
As we reported, FilmOn.com‘s Alki David put on a spectacle Thursday — claiming he had DNA results proving singer B Howard was the biological son of the King of Pop. He then produced the results showing a “99.99999%” probability that MJ was Brandon’s dad.
TMZ obtained a photo of the DNA doc — allegedly from a testing facility in Ireland called “DNA Lab.” We searched high and low but could find no such generic DNA lab in Ireland.
Skeptical, we investigated — a simple Google image search of “DNA results” turns up a bunch of sample docs with the same exact easily-stealable format as the one we got.
But the coup de grace — we then Google image searched “DNA logo” and the first result … literally … was the same DNA pic used in the “DNA Lab” logo.
And that’s not even the best part — a reverse image search of the logo shows a bunch of results for “Terminator Salvation.” A little more digging revealed the logo was used on PROMOTIONAL T-SHIRTS for the movie.
Can’t say we’re all that shocked.
Tony Hawk is sorry … he’s sorry that some people were actually STUPID ENOUGH to believe his obviously phony hoverboard commercial was real.
Of course, hours after the video was released, it was exposed as a gag clip for ‘FunnyOrDie.com” — but apparently, not everyone was hip to the hoax.
“I wanna apologize for the hoverboard prank,” Hawk said in a new video … “I thought it was obvious it was fake but a lot of people believed it.”
In related news … the flux capacitor is also bulls**t.
Lil Boosie is carrying serious baggage after rotting in the slammer for 5 years.
Boosie — who was just released after serving his sentence on drug charges — took his kids to The Esplanade Mall in Kenner, Louisiana Thursday where he dropped wads of cash on new clothes.
Sources tell TMZ, Boosie spent most of his time in the Polo section at Macy’s and also bought some new kicks at Footaction USA. He also stopped at some store called Nouveau, hence the bags.
No word on whether he also hit up Cinnabon or Sbarro.
Here are some of the highlights.
– 5 bedrooms … to flop in.
– a wine cellar … to flop in.
– yoga room … to flop in.
– walk-in closets … to flop in.
– outdoor dining area with ocean view … to flop on.
– 4.5 bathrooms … to poop in.
Divac — who reportedly made more than $93 million during his career — bought the place back in 2003, but according to Realtor.com, he had offered it as a rental for $13k-per-month.
The home is expected to draw as many offers as Vlade did fouls. #flopjokes.
NBC is coming down like a hammer on celebs who want to get on Jimmy Fallon‘s show … if they dare do a show on CBS or ABC … they can forget about “The Tonight Show.”
Sources connected to CBS, NBC and ABC tell TMZ … the Peacock network believes Jimmy Fallon’s ratings success gives them extreme bargaining power. They put the word out to celebs, agents and publicists … if they want to be on Fallon they can’t appear on ANY other network … and not just shows that go head-to-head with Jimmy, but morning shows as well.
We’re told NBC is saying the stars who go on Fallon are also allowed to appear on “Today,” “Dateline” and any similar shows they air, but that’s it.
A GMA source tells TMZ … they’ve already gotten fallout from people they were trying to book.
Fallon is dominating late night …. crushing Jimmy Kimmel by bringing in more than twice the number of viewers.
Lamar Odom‘s drug dealers could be linked to the $250,000 jewelry heist at Lamar and Khloe’s house … because we’re told the dealers threatened to break in to get the money Lamar never paid.
Multiple sources involved in Lamar’s drug deals last year tell TMZ … Lamar wasn’t paying his tab. In fact, our sources say he was in the hole $15K to just one dealer back in Sept. and he owed another more than $40K.
Lamar would fend them off by saying he was loaded and therefore good for it. He would also justify not paying from time to time because the quality of the drugs was “wack.”
We’re told Lamar owed 10s of thousands of dollars to drug dealers when he left for Spain last month.
Now the plot thickens. We’re told Lamar was getting text messages threatening his safety and also warning him they would break into his home to get even.
Cops don’t know who stole the expensive jewelry but we’re told there was no sign of forced entry. One source says he has reason to believe one of the dealers had connections to someone who works for the family and had lawful access to the house.
Mel Gibson may end up saving the woman who ruined him.
Oksana Grigorieva just filed docs in her bankruptcy case, claiming she can only afford $372 a month to repay her debts — listed at $438,000 — but at that rate, it will take her nearly a hundred years to make good.
So, Oksana is asking the court to clear the balance of her debts after 5 years — when she’ll only have repaid $22,320 … or 5% of her total debt … most of which she owes to the lawyers she employed in her war against Mel.
The funny part … Mel is currently paying Oksana $20,000 a month in child support for their daughter Lucia — so if she gets what she’s asking for in the bankruptcy case, she could clear her debt in one fell swoop with a single child support check from her one time sugar daddy.
So the lawyers get screwed, Mel gets screwed and Oksana … well, that’s just what she does.
Not all USC coaches are created equal … at least when it comes to real estate — just ask Trojan basketball coach Andy Enfield who just got rocked in Florida the same week Lane Kiffin made out like a bandit in L.A.
TMZ Sports has learned Enfield took a $130k hit on his “Dunk City” home in Fort Meyers, FL — where he lived when he ran the b-ball program at Florida Gulf Coast University.
Enfield dropped $725k on the place when he bought in 2011 — and initially put it on the market for $675k when he ditched the school in 2013.
But no one bit … so he dropped and dropped and dropped … until he finally found someone to take the property off his hands last month for $597,500, according to RealEstate.com.
It’s the opposite side of the spectrum from Kiffin — who made $1 MILLION last week after selling the Manhattan Beach pad where he lived during his time at SC.
The good news for Enfield — his wife’s super hot (see below).
So, there’s that.
