Divac — who reportedly made more than $93 million during his career — bought the place back in 2003, but according to Realtor.com, he had offered it as a rental for $13k-per-month.
The home is expected to draw as many offers as Vlade did fouls. #flopjokes.
NBC is coming down like a hammer on celebs who want to get on Jimmy Fallon‘s show … if they dare do a show on CBS or ABC … they can forget about “The Tonight Show.”
Sources connected to CBS, NBC and ABC tell TMZ … the Peacock network believes Jimmy Fallon’s ratings success gives them extreme bargaining power. They put the word out to celebs, agents and publicists … if they want to be on Fallon they can’t appear on ANY other network … and not just shows that go head-to-head with Jimmy, but morning shows as well.
We’re told NBC is saying the stars who go on Fallon are also allowed to appear on “Today,” “Dateline” and any similar shows they air, but that’s it.
A GMA source tells TMZ … they’ve already gotten fallout from people they were trying to book.
Fallon is dominating late night …. crushing Jimmy Kimmel by bringing in more than twice the number of viewers.
Lamar Odom‘s drug dealers could be linked to the $250,000 jewelry heist at Lamar and Khloe’s house … because we’re told the dealers threatened to break in to get the money Lamar never paid.
Multiple sources involved in Lamar’s drug deals last year tell TMZ … Lamar wasn’t paying his tab. In fact, our sources say he was in the hole $15K to just one dealer back in Sept. and he owed another more than $40K.
Lamar would fend them off by saying he was loaded and therefore good for it. He would also justify not paying from time to time because the quality of the drugs was “wack.”
We’re told Lamar owed 10s of thousands of dollars to drug dealers when he left for Spain last month.
Now the plot thickens. We’re told Lamar was getting text messages threatening his safety and also warning him they would break into his home to get even.
Cops don’t know who stole the expensive jewelry but we’re told there was no sign of forced entry. One source says he has reason to believe one of the dealers had connections to someone who works for the family and had lawful access to the house.
Mel Gibson may end up saving the woman who ruined him.
Oksana Grigorieva just filed docs in her bankruptcy case, claiming she can only afford $372 a month to repay her debts — listed at $438,000 — but at that rate, it will take her nearly a hundred years to make good.
So, Oksana is asking the court to clear the balance of her debts after 5 years — when she’ll only have repaid $22,320 … or 5% of her total debt … most of which she owes to the lawyers she employed in her war against Mel.
The funny part … Mel is currently paying Oksana $20,000 a month in child support for their daughter Lucia — so if she gets what she’s asking for in the bankruptcy case, she could clear her debt in one fell swoop with a single child support check from her one time sugar daddy.
So the lawyers get screwed, Mel gets screwed and Oksana … well, that’s just what she does.
Not all USC coaches are created equal … at least when it comes to real estate — just ask Trojan basketball coach Andy Enfield who just got rocked in Florida the same week Lane Kiffin made out like a bandit in L.A.
TMZ Sports has learned Enfield took a $130k hit on his “Dunk City” home in Fort Meyers, FL — where he lived when he ran the b-ball program at Florida Gulf Coast University.
Enfield dropped $725k on the place when he bought in 2011 — and initially put it on the market for $675k when he ditched the school in 2013.
But no one bit … so he dropped and dropped and dropped … until he finally found someone to take the property off his hands last month for $597,500, according to RealEstate.com.
It’s the opposite side of the spectrum from Kiffin — who made $1 MILLION last week after selling the Manhattan Beach pad where he lived during his time at SC.
The good news for Enfield — his wife’s super hot (see below).
So, there’s that.
Legendary wrestler Buff Bagwell is still trading on his lady’s man image … now, as a gigolo.
Bagwell — who was a force in World Championship Wrestling between 1991 and 2001 — has joined Cowboys4Angels … a premium gigolo service targeting lonely and very possibly horny women.
Bagwell has appeared on the Showtime hit, “Gigolos,” but he’s not just doing it for the camera.
As for Cowboys4Angels … it provides “escorts” who offer companionship — reading between the lines is highly permissible.
The company charges a pretty penny for Bagwell’s services — $800 for 2 hours, $1550 for 4 hours and $3000 for an overnight “visit.” Weekends are steep — $8K. And a full week with Bagwell — $25K.
The owner of the service — Garren James — tells TMZ, Bagwell is already the second most popular escort on the website … behind Nick Hawk.
Bagwell is married, but apparently unlike Robin Thicke, it’s a true open relationship.
Terrell Owens and Tony Hawk are messing with some serious emotions — appearing in a commercial for a “Back to the Future” style hover board … that’s obviously some sort of joke.
But it’s not just T.O. and T.H.who appear in the video — Doc Brown himself, Chistopher Lloyd, is also in on the rouse … along with Moby and actress Agnes Bruckner.
So far, it’s unclear who’s behind the video — but it’s pretty clear it’s part of some kind of viral marketing campaign.
There have been rumors about a real-life hover board for decades.
Hopefully, whatever this is, helps move those plans along.
Tragedy struck on the set of the “Entourage” movie today — TMZ has learned, a crew member’s dog got hit by a car and died.
Sources tell us, Tucker — a 1-year-old Aussie Shepherd — somehow escaped from a production trailer and darted onto busy Wilshire Blvd near downtown L.A.
We’re told Tucker was immediately taken to a nearby vet, but it was too late. The dog passed away from his injuries. Tucker was surrounded by friends and family at the time of his death.
Goodnight sweet prince.

The ass that shook up the Legends Football League is now crossing over in a big way — TMZ Sports has learned Ogom Chijindu has just been featured in a brand new booty video for World Star Hip Hop … and let’s just say Ogum ain’t exactly shy.
Ogom — who famously twerked all over an opponents face after making a tackle last season — tells us WSHH reached out after they saw the ass-in-the-grill clip online.
“We met and talked about expanding my brand,” Ogom says … “I’m looking to be the first sponsored woman football player.”
Ogom says she hopes to land a gig on a reality show — but don’t worry LFL fans, Ogom says she still plans on playing in the league this year, next year … and “until my body continues to let me.”
Ellen DeGeneres does NOT own the picture that broke Twitter … unless he signed his rights away, the owner of the famous Oscar pic is BRADLEY COOPER.
Here’s the way it works … the person who owns the now-famous photo is the person who actually took it … NOT the person who owns the camera or organized the shoot.
Cooper was the snapper … so it’s his.
And even if Ellen signed her rights over to the Academy when she signed her hosting gig, the Academy would have no rights to the photo, because Ellen can’t transfer what isn’t hers.
So unless Bradley signed his rights away to the Academy, he’s the copyright owner. Any use of the pic without his permission is a violation of the copyright.
He seemed down with tweeting it out, so Ellen is cool. But any use of the pic on TV shows — including hers — would only be kosher with Bradley’s blessing. And he’d own the rights to any reproduction.
It all translates into cash. It could come in handy if that “Hangover” money runs out.
